i am happy today because i have a new favorite song.
i am happy today because while i was working i saw my birthday. it was a colloquium for medieval studies.
i am happy today because several books i inventoried were published at duke university, where i was born.
i am happy today because it is thursday and i don't have to teach at the college.
i am happy today because i am happy.

So, I had a crummy week and everyday I had checked your blog for something happy and found nothing. Then I kind of gave up for a couple days. Today, I came to check not really expecting anything and I find 3 new happy blogs that I hadn't seen yet! And not only that but one dedicated to me. Thanks jo. You're great, I'm glad things are going well for you.
